Hi, I have been divorced now for almost 2yrs.  I am having trouble with my finances.  I do not have medicade anymore for now.  My x would not let me pay bills, and my way is not working.

Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can set up a budget?  I already had to take out my 2009 IRA to pay for work on my van.

My SSD had been drastically reduced.  I only have medicare as primary insurance, and all my Doctor bills are wanting full payment.  I can not make full payments.  I don't want to be so stressed about my bills.  Is there a free online service?  Or would any of you here know what I can possibly do?
