    How I found out about the Peppers! It started out with a new hairdo...seriously. After months of sulking and being furious, I saw a light at the end of the tunnel. It was dim and blinking...but it was there. I did a search online for websites that would help me connect with like minds and here I am!
    About Me I'm a 40 year old mother of 5 wonderful children. When I'm not busy running my children from one practice to another, I work full time for an insurance agency. I'm a frustrated college student, having had to put my plans on hold too many times to mention. Currently, I'm in a "hold" status until I get a little better handle on this single parent thing...but hope to get my BA in English at some point before all of my children finish college.
    Activities That I Enjoy I adore reading and writing and watching sappy movies. I also really dig watching sports with my 4 boys and shopping with my daughter.
    Hobbies Reading and journaling keep me sane(ish.) I'm also a huge sports fan. One day I'd also like to once again consider traveling a hobby. However, right now dreaming about traveling takes up most of my time.
    Favorite Places That I Have Traveled There are many places still on my "to go" list. Thus far, my favorite place in the U.S. is Monterey, Ca. I was stationed there while in the Navy back in the late 80's/early 90's...and traveled back in 2002.
    Type Of Work That I Do I currently work in the insurance industry, primarily doing administrative work and account service.
    My Children & Ages Josh 15; Jake 13; Caleb and Cody 11; and Samantha (Sami) 9.
    What Is One POSITIVE Thing That Came Out of Your Marriage? There are actually 5 positive things...Josh, Jake, Caleb, Cody and Sami. I also learned that ultimately no one else can determine my own self worth...that's something only I can do.
