    About Me I am seperated and quite probably going to get a divorce. I have been married for 20 years. Moved a lot and find that I have no friends in Oklahoma even though that is where I am originally from. I am looking for some girlfriends right now. Someone to talk to and possibly a shoulder to lean on.
    Activities That I Enjoy I enjoy drag boat races. I loved to read all kinds of books. I like the theater, even though I haven't been in years (my husband didn't like it). I like having drinks and dinner with friends. I like to garden. I am hooked on Lost (the television show. I would love to take ballroom dance lessons.
    Type Of Work That I Do I work a Broken Arrow Powder Coating as the office manager/purchasing agent/chief cook and bottle washer.
    My Children & Ages None.
    What Is One POSITIVE Thing That Came Out of Your Marriage? I'm not sure yet.

    Looking For Friends in the Tulsa Area

    Hi my name is Jan my husband and I seperated 3 months ago.  I would like to find some girlfriends in the Tulsa area.  Someone to have fun with, drinks, dinner and possible someone to join a ballroom dance class.  I'd like to learn to Salsa!  If there is anyone in this area let me know, I'm ready to go!

    Join the garden group! The woman who started it travels back and forth between Dallas and Oklahoma! Not only can you share a common interest, but you may live very close to one another!

    I wish that I had my gardens back again from my old house. They brought me so much pleasure. For whatever reason, none of the perennials I have planted over the past seven years in my new home have lived. I do intend to plant some perennials this summer though. I don't have any trips planned so I know they wont go unattended as in years past. Welcome to the group!

What is it going to hurt? It's fun. I'm not looking for anything serious just friends, contacts, men to get to know so when I go out I'll see people I know. I want to build a circle of friends.

    Hi I'm Jan. My husband decided on Valentine's Day this year to tell me that he had been having an affair for the past two years. We are currently seperated but now he is not sure he wants a divorce. I live in the Tulsa, OK area and am looking for some girlfriends to have some fun with so I don't sit a home and wonder when he's going to drop another bomb. I am originally from Muskogee, OK but we moved to New Jersey shortly after we got married and then to Dallas, TX. I have been back in Oklahoma for about 8 years but I work at a place where I am the only woman and 25 men (none of which is single of course)so I have not made any girlfriends. So anyone who needs moral support or is willing to give moral support is welcome.
