    summer's ending...

    Tuesday, August 25, 2009, 4:29 AM [General]

Well, summer is nearing the very end...kids go back on the 2nd of September. I must say, I am looking forward to it!  We all did great over summer, got the sleepover schedule down and kids seem to have adjusted well. They really like sleeping over at daddy's house and he spends more time with them now than ever before when we all lived in the same house! I don't understand it. Hard to get used to. Must get used to it. Kids are doing great and really looking forward to going back to school, the same school for the first time ever, two years in a row; I know hard to believe but yes, we moved every 8-12 months or so. Not anymore! LOL!!!

    is it summer yet?

    Monday, June 15, 2009, 5:03 PM [General]

Well, it has been some time, but we have come thru so far! Kids have nearly completed a year at school (only 3 1/2 days to go) as have I and I love it! Their dad has an apartment about 15 minutes away and it has been good for the kids to see him pretty regularly and let's face it, a nice little respite for me when they go spend the nite.  :) I eat whatever I want and watch my grown up shows! I still have a couple years of school for me and in two years my littlest will start kindergarten and then I think I will be able to be employed somewhere! Imagine that! So, for now, we are doing pretty great, have adjusted to being here and not moving and very much looking forward to summer!
